Vermeil was forged in the slums of a corrupt city. She is the product of brutality, violence, and deceit. Her spirit is a constant contradiction — at times she is pleasant, courteous, and even servile. Yet in other moments, she reveals her sadistic and cruel nature, capable even of desecrating the remains of her victims.
